How can MastaMap help my business enhance customer experience while reducing costs?

MastaMap can help businesses by enhancing customer experience through: ETA updates which can help mitigate repeat deliveries & cancellations, while helping to reduce costs through route optimisation, saving time and petrol.

Why does MastaMap focus on the 'Last Mile'?

The ‘Last Mile’ delivery or delivery to the customer, is often the most time consuming, costly and most fiddly bit of the delivery cycle.  Everyday, millions of hours are wasted as people wait for their deliveries with many taking time off work or postponing appointments to ensure they are available to receive their packages. We want to change this.

We outsource our delivery. Is MastaMap still relevant to us?

Yes. Delivery is a big part of the customer experience and thus your customer services. After all, why spend days, weeks or months building or creating a product only to be let down by delivery and risk sending your customers to your competitors?

With eCommerce growing at exponential rates, businesses need to develop ways to complete deliveries faster, more accurately and, with more visibility for the customer. Customers are no longer willing to be stuck at home in the dark waiting for their delivery, only to pop downstairs and find a. “Sorry we missed you” note, despite the fact they were at home waiting all day.
