MastaMap is a B2B app and can be used by Merchants (food, groceries, florists, organic produce & other artesans), Service Providers, Delivery Companies, Dropshipping companies, Fulfilment Centres and more, to send their customers, delivery ETAs and updates.

1. Customer orders items from your website and once the ordering process (incl. payment), is confirmed, the process moves seamlessly on to MastaMap (white-label possible).
2. MastaMap then sends the customer auto generated ETA updates i.e your order is out for delivery, ETA: 2 hrs, traffic delays, driver is now at delivery location etc
3. Customers can also communicate directly with the driver or HQ confirming whether they are at delivery address and if not, advise on a safe place for driver to leave their parcel.
4. Since customer receives regular ETA updates (as per their preferences), they can avoid taking unnecessary time off work or get on with other tasks at home.
5. HQ can also monitor end-to-end ‘Last Mile’ delivery cycle from one screen, enabling them to focus on their core business instead of constantly fielding calls from anxious customers.
